This impromptu engagement session was SO much fun! Amanda (AKA Detroit Dog Mom) is one of my best friends, so naturally I have been waiting for her and Jeff to get engaged so I could get them in front of my camera. We had actually been planning an engagement session for the two of them, throwing around different days and ideas, but that all changed (in the best way!). I was getting together with Amanda, and Jeff just so happened to be home too, so we thought why not just do engagement photos that day?! It was spontaneous and just seemed like the perfect opportunity that we couldn’t pass up!
Amanda and Jeff have been living in Corktown near downtown Detroit for the past couple of years, so it only seemed fitting to do photos right outside of their home (and even some inside!). And what better way to celebrate your engagement than with your pup and a bottle of champagne?!
I can honestly say that Amanda and Jeff are two of the sweetest souls you will ever meet. They are absolutely perfect for each other and I feel incredibly blessed to call them my friends. I cannot wait for their wedding this September!!
