I have been so excited waiting to share this downtown Rochester engagement session. Angela and Mike are the sweetest couple and I had so much fun working with them. I am not lying when I say over and over that I get to work with the best people! It makes my heart so happy!

I met up with Angela and Mike at The Meeting House in downtown Rochester. The Meeting House is one of their favorite restaurants, so they wanted to get a few shots there before heading out for their session. When they arrived they told the staff that they were getting ready to take their engagement photos and they brought them each a complimentary glass of champagne; how awesome is that!? It’s the little gestures in life that make all the difference, and of course it made for a great photo op too 😉 Oh, and Angela and Mike showed up dressed like superstars so I was even more excited for their session ahahha. We started by walking around downtown Rochester and ended the session at sunset in the park. Did I mention we also had amazing weather?! In Michigan you never know what you’re going to get in April (usually rain), but we were so blessed to have an almost 80 degree and sunny day!

Angela and Mike’s wedding will be at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester this November, and after their engagement session I am even more excited to work with them on their wedding day! I had a really hard time narrowing down my favorites from this session because I just loved so many shots, but here are a few of my favorites 🙂
