From my first meeting with Michelle and Jordan I just loved them and knew their wedding was going to be dreamy. Not only is The Dearborn Inn a stunning, classic venue, but I really really have grown to love Spring since becoming a photographer. Summer and Fall are beautiful for obvious reasons, but Spring blooms these past few years have really got me swooning.

Michelle’s bridesmaids wore gorgeous dusty blue Vera Wang dresses. It was the perfect color for a Spring wedding. Sticking with the blue theme, ginger jars were used as the vases for the table centerpieces. It was such a unique idea and it looked amazing!

Michelle’s dress has a very special story. She got her wedding gown from a place called The Brides Project. It is a charity that supports families in Michigan who are affected by cancer. All of the dresses are donated by past brides or samples donated by bridal salons. All of the staff are volunteers and the proceeds go completed to charity. Her dress was absolutely beautiful and she said she would recommend the shop to anyone because she had such a great experience!

Michelle and Jordan are two of the sweetest souls I have had the pleasure of working with. They care so much about their family and friends, and it is obvious that the feeling is mutual. The two of them were surrounded by so much love that day. It was more than I could have asked for to kick off my wedding season and I left with a full heart.
