I knew from my very first meeting with Aubrie and Anthony last summer that their wedding was going to be spectacular. The day had called for rain all week, but God had other plans and wanted to let these two enjoy their special day. It did rain a little bit, but it hardly cut into their black tie Spring wedding in downtown Detroit. And once it cleared up, we had the most beautiful Spring sunset and we were even able to take advantage of it and grab a few extra photos.

Wedding tip: If your timeline allows for it, I highly recommend sneaking out for some sunset photos during your reception!

Aubrie and Anthony were married at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Downtown Detroit. If you know anything about me, you know that I absolutely LOVE the old historic cathedrals downtown, so this ceremony was a dream for me. There is just something so special and timeless about them.
