Ashely and Chris had a romantic Michigan Summer wedding in late August surrounded by their closest friends and family. Chris and his groomsmen wore charcoal gray tuxes, while Ashley’s bridesmaids stunned in burgundy bridesmaid dresses. It was the perfect combination for a late Summer/Fall Michigan Wedding! The florals complimented the burgundy dresses with pops of greenery and shades of red.
Not only was it Ashley and Chris’ wedding day, but it was also Ashley’s mother’s birthday! What an amazing gift to share your birthday with the wedding of your only daughter!
It seems like it wasn’t long ago that we shot Ashley & Chris’ engagement photos (with their cute pup!) Fast forward a year and the day was here! Ashley’s friend, Shannon, married the two of them with a beautiful ceremony. I always love when a wedding ceremony is specific and personal to the couple. It really draws the guests in and sometimes they even learn a little bit about the bride and groom that they may have not known before!
